Key tasks and deliverables:
Supervise the completion of training projects and service requests.
Provide subject matter expertise for the planning, design, preparation and execution of training deliverables through all phases of training projects and service requests.
Support and maintain the IT Services relationship with key internal stakeholders and customers with regard to the desired training outcomes and business needs.
Lead on the design and development and delivery of training services to ensure that they meet current and future business needs.
Further training or significant experience in project management, financial management or supporting change management processes
Experience in communications and stakeholder management
Previous experience in project management and planning
A good understanding of the health and social care environment and roles and responsibilities within it, particularly within primary care
Experience of delivering programmes of training in primary care clinical systems or setting.
Examples: TPP SystmOne clinical systems training, EMIS Web clinical systems training; delivering training using WebEx; presenting information and training groups; training in GP practice setting; provision of training support during system migration from one clinical system to another.
Knowledge of clinical terminology
Experience of design of training evaluation.
Examples: Processes for survey data collection, analysis and reporting.
An ability to maintain confidentiality and trust
Demonstrate a strong desire to improve performance and make a difference by focusing on goals.
