Lauren has been working in recruitment for the past 10 years, and has spent over 9 of those years focusing on Software Development. Her commitment and relationship building skills have resulted in passive candidates coming to her when they are looking for their next permanent role.

Outside of work Lauren spends the majority of her time managing commitments to an ever growing list of hobbies, including; Gymnastics, Spanish, Piano, Boxing, personal training... and spending time with her cat.
