The client is looking for an Application delivery project manager who has ‘solid’ experience of application delivery who has good exposure to working with 3rd parties.

To be successful in this role you will require:
  • Experience with the usual waterfall project lifecycle of analysis and design, build and test
  • Project Managing the movement of individual application/s from their current on-prem    environment to the newly built Hosted environment
  • Complete initiation activities to support move of application(s)

Technical Architect - Remote / VMware / AD / SIEM

In this role you will assist in the pre-sales process to ensure designs fulfil both customer requirements and operational efficiency goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Work within project teams as a Technical Lead on solution design, deployment, and support transition
  • Work closely with delivery and operational teams within the client.
  • Be an ongoing technical design authority for larger customers after go-live (TDA)
  • For named TDA accounts, integrate into the customer design and architecture boards/forums.
  • Consult with new and existing customers to deliver value added technical and professional services such as capacity planning, security audits, performance optimization, customer premise deployments and migrations.

Infrastructure Engineer - MS / AWS / 2nd Line

The Infrastructure Engineer’s role is to provide 1st and 2nd line levels of technical support to the the clients business, covering all areas of IT deployed within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and be the first point of call for IT support queries from internal staff, this could be via phone, email, Skype, and face-to-face.
  • Take ownership of tracking and remediating security vulnerabilities within a given timeframe.
  • Diagnose a wide range of issues, from the user desktop environment to server applications.
  • Work collaboratively with the clients parent company & third party support services on diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
  • Administer the internal ticketing system and act upon requests for change and system access.
  • Be able to spot potential technical vulnerabilities and suggest resolution.

The Problem Analyst role focuses on retail and online gaming product quality and has the key objectives of reducing operational burden & cost and improving product stability & availability. This is achieved through a combination of data interrogation, fault reproduction, root cause analysis whilst fostering strong relationships across a spectrum of internal and external contacts. The successful candidate will work closely with product management, platform & content development and product operations as well as account management and customers so the key is in being able to bridge the language and understanding gap between technical and commercial people.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing escalated incidents through the 4 phases of Problem Management:
    • Problem Recognition – impact/frequency
    • Problem Investigation – root cause analysis
