The following skills and demonstrable experience are sought:-

Essential:
  • Track record of successful scrum management and large enterprise-scale agile delivery
  • Demonstrable ability to coordinate effort across numerous the delivery teams involved, including internal and external parties
  • Experience delivering effective and efficient sprint retrospective and planning activities
  • Expertise in the areas of of cadence monitoring and control processes
  • Capability to coach and ensure delivery teams develop agile principles e.g. collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability and visibility

IT Support Engineer

The role is part of a nationwide team that provide End User Compute (“EUC”) Services to the clients customers. This role will be based in Manchester but will occasionally need to travel to Wilmslow when required. The EUC Services include:
