Neil has over 25 years' experience in the IT recruitment market. Now only occasionally involved in fee earning work for historic clients, he is primarily responsible for managing the business.

When not in the office, he likes to risk life and limb on his mountain bike, racing enduro (his keyboard skills have suffered on more than one occasion due to plaster casts!), or compete in a handful of triathlons each year.
