A customer-driven web and software provider is looking for a Technical Account Manager to pioneer a brand new customer success division.
You’ll be an excellent relationship builder with an ability to proactively respond to a wide range of big and small customer issues. Your experience developed in a fast paced, high transactional environment such as ecommerce, SaaS, financial services will enable you to quickly respond and resolve problems.
You’ll be solely responsible for customer success through:
- Managing new implementations
- Responding to a wide range of customer requests
- Incident and Problem management
- Managing and meeting a number of customer service KPIs
- On-site customer meetings
- Gathering user requirements and feeding back to the dev teams
This is a varied and thoroughly challenging opportunity within a small business. As important as your previous skills will be your attitude and willingness to ‘get stuck in’ and own a number of customer success strategies. Your ideas will be appreciated and implemented and you’ll be involved in developing and implementing strategy across the whole lifecycle of customer management from on boarding; to service and exit.
