Job Description

We’re working with a global IT services company who are seeking a Supplier/Partner Manager to join the UK division. Responsible for developing and maintaining a performance evaluation process for all Partner delivered services you will oversee the business current and future partners performance and conduct a constant review of effectiveness and profitability. Working with stakeholders both internal and external you will have the opportunity to identify and provide recommendations to leverage growth opportunities for the business within the UK.

Role Duties:
  • Develop a vision and implement strategic and targeted action plans to aligned business goals
  • Management of the Partner Lifecycle
  • Perform strategic sourcing activities to optimise partner profitability
  • Decommission any existing Partner where the Partner does not fulfil a tangible contribution to the ongoing Partner Strategy
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with a variety of internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage Partner relationships, ensuring performance and quality at all times
  • Produce and analyse reports to provide an overview of performance against key indicators
  • Analyse and remain abreast of industry trends and pricing dynamics in the partner ecosystem
  • Partner Delivery Quality - Evidence of regular reviews, movement to CSI and SIP where necessary
  • Partner Contract State - all paperwork completed,  on-boarded and ready to transact
Essential Criteria:
  • Proven experience in supplier/partner sourcing and management experience
  • Be highly numerate and have experience with costing and pricing
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
  • Demonstrate good supplier/partner  relationship building and engagement skills
  •  Demonstrate leadership skills, driving standards of performance
  • Strong commercial grounding and understanding
  • Experience of working with new and emerging technologies and solutions
