Job Description

I’m currently looking to speak with a Service Desk Technician who have preferably working in the NHS previously.

 

I’m looking for the following skills –
  • Previous 1st Line Support within the NHS
  • Providing solutions to IT problems and being able to translate the technical issues up the chain
  • Experience using a Windows Operating system
  • Good communication skills is key
  • Knowledge of hardware components such as: Printer, scanners, laptops and desktops.
  • Wide understanding of ICT technologies
