Job Description

Service Desk Analyst - ASAP Start - Norfolk - 3 month contract

I am currently recruiting for multiple Service Desk Analysts working for my client in Norfolk.

This is a 3 month contract position with potential of extension. The successful candidate will be working on a busy service desk supporting about 7000 users over multiple sites, dealing with IT issues through remote access in an ITIL environment and in accordance to their SLAs.

We are looking for candidates with previous
- IT Support or Service Desk experience
- Experience working in an ITIL environment
- Excellent customer service skills
