The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience or a strong understanding of ITIL environment.
As part of this role, the applicant will be required to :
-Proactively troubleshoot incidents, some of which may require in-depth research, and develop and implement solutions. The post-holder needs to work on their own initiative assess incidents and judge the appropriate solution, referring to other teams and team members for advice as required.
-Develop and implement processes, procedures and systems to assist in providing a high quality and effective service.
- Provide a point of escalation for Service Desk Analyst role as required.
- Support Service Desk Team Lead in assisting managing team workload and providing a point of escalation for users
- Support the Service Desk Team Leader in assisting managing team workload and providing a point of escalation.
