£18k - £22k plus 22% shift allowance
Based in Milton Keynes
Call Centre Analyst with previous contact centre/customer service experience and advance excel skills required for an expanding business.
You will have worked within a call centre/contact centre as a call handler or customer service agent and looking for a move into an operational role. As the call centre administrator you will be responsible for creating reports and analysing call statistics such as call times, wrap up times, call hold time, agent skill set analysis.
You need to have good excel skills and ideally able to use excel to an advance level to include pivot tables and v-lookups.
Good communication skills and written skills are essential due tot he stake holder engagement required for the role.
