Job Description

I am currently looking to recruit 2 x Network Engineers for a 3 - 6 month contract within the NHS based in the Cheshire area.

Key experience:
  • Enterprise scale LAN and WAN experience.
  • Nexus experience and Cisco UCS
  • Microsoft Network operating systems, their setup and management.
  • DNS, WINS and DHCP setup, configuration and management.
  • Experience of Network Engineering within an NHS environment would be ideal but not essential
The role holder will need to understand and be able to work with VOIP, VLANS, VPNs and other network services which will involve keeping the systems up to date and running, as well as contributing to the local IM&T strategy, policy and procedures. Throughout the role you will be responsible for the implementation, administration and maintenance of a number of new systems and you will be expected to be able to demonstrate and maintain a high level of technical knowledge around Network design and Architecture.
