Job Description

Our Midlands based client urgently requires a Mobilisation Manager for 6 months to act as the main point of contact for brand new customers (energy suppliers) being accountable for the successful mobilisation of new customers.

Candidate should have an energy/utilities background in account/customer management, and/or good knowledge of smart-metering.

Key tasks:

Taking the accountability from Business development at the signing of the customer contract and handing over to the Smart Centre (contact centre) once the customer and Leadership team are fully satisfied with the performance of the business and its supply chain.
Project management of the mobilisation plan
First point of contact for the customer (energy supplier)
Liaison with all areas to ensure a successful mobilisation (asset/contracts/customer/Bus Development/systems).
Coordinate & run all workshops/meetings related to the customer.

Required experience:

Background needs to be; from an energy supplier (contract/account manager) or have a good awareness of smart metering (essential).
High level of project management competence and experience working with external parties (essential).
Experience of working with field-based teams, contractors, third party stakeholders and service providers to plan or execute work (desirable).
Experience of Customer Relationship/Account Management - This is KEY
Able to priorities competing demands to ensure standards are maintained, deadlines achieved and customer expectations are satisfied.
Excellent stakeholder skills
