Job Description

1st & 2nd Line Support / Helpdesk / Service Desk Technician
 

To be successful in this IT Service Desk Technician role you will need to demonstrate experience in a combination of the following:
  • A minimum of one year of experience on IT Support / helpdesk service
  • NHS experience desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • 365 Project knowledge
  • Customer understanding
  • Analysis and judgement
  • Able to communicate with 3rd Line Support
  • Knowledge of current Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of hardware (Laptops, PC's, Mobiles) with understanding of servers
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (Handholds and server environment)
