Customer Support / Customer Services / Helpdesk Support

I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity with one of our Healthcare clients in the Oxford area to join their expanding Helpdesk Support Team.

This opportunity is perfect for someone that is looking to start a career in the NHS or Healthcare environment. 

There will be training and support on site with the Trust to assist the successful candidate in developing their career within the Healthcare sector and the Trust has a track record of promoting staff internally so there are numerous promotion opportunities on offer. 
 
The ideal candidate will have some customer service experience ideally in a help desk environment and have a passion for IT. Any IT qualifications will considered as a strong advantage for applicants applying but our client is willing to consider applicants with varied experience.
