Are you or have you worked within a hotel and looking for a stepping stone into a professional office based role???
I am working within a busy office environment you will be responsible for taking around 50-60 calls a day from customers with issues surrounding their PMS and Epos system. Providing the customer with an empathy you will be required to help guide the customer through the system and if there is more of a technical issue then you will need to escalate the call.
This role would be ideal for a candidate with experience within a the hotel industry, with exceptional organisational, listening and communication skills.
