GSA Techsource is recruiting a Support Analyst to join a local authority in an exciting role. The role is placed with the IT team, requiring the candidate to respond to problems and incidents quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate must be able to investigate, collate and analyse complex technical information, identifying the most appropriate course of action. This role will report into the Information Systems Manager and will support them on the day-to-day.
Skills & Requirements:
- Writing technical documentation.
- Maintaining the line of business applications, this includes performing upgrades, applying patches and checking system logs.
- Implementing third party systems.
- Work within a team, providing support and leadership. Strong communication is required.
- Deliver training to other members of the team.
- Experience with Business Objects is desirable.
