Job Description

Customer Service Agent - Oxford - 3 months

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join my clients IT Team. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills as well as looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will be providing 1st line technical support to over 4000 users across multiple sites. The technical support will be delivered by telephone, email and remote access.

Key Duties
- Provide 1st line telephone support as well as being the primary point of contact for all customers and users for IT and communication issues.
- Monitor the IT Service Desk mailbox on a regular basis and respond to queries appropriately in a timely and efficient manner delivering a high level of customer service.
- Handing issues with PCs, mobile devices and tablets.

We are looking for candidates
- With excellent customer service experience and knowledge
- Basis IT skills across, Microsoft, Outlook and Exchange
- Looking for a new challenge and experiences
