Job Description

GSA Techsource has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced IT Contract recruiter or Account Manager to play a key role in the continued development of our IT contract service, whilst inheriting a significant contractor book. You will immediately take ownership of a key client and the opportunity to deliver additional revenue through 2 government frameworks and our existing client base. To really kick things off with a positive start, you will inherit a considerable IT contractor book and will be well supported during the handover.

There will be an opportunity to work on, and be rewarded for, new business but this is not the main focus of the role – the main focus is an opportunity to significantly grow the existing client through multiple existing contact points with strong, ongoing demand.

The account manager will have access to a resourcer, and will have the opportunity to grow the IT contract team if this fits your personal goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships within existing accounts
  • Grow and expand existing accounts
  • Personally deliver on your accounts
  • Deliver a professional service to all of your clients and candidates
  • Manage your business pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained relationships
  • Spot and develop opportunities for new accounts
  • Grow the team

 Experience

  • You will have experience as a Recruitment Account Manager or Recruitment Consultant, ideally in the IT Contract market
  • You will be an independent, hardworking self-starter.
  • You will enjoy building and nurturing relationships
  • You will have strong communication and persuasive skills with the ability to provide effective solutions to existing clients
