2nd Line Support Analyst
Sheffield City Centre
£25,000 - £28,000

XP/7/8.1, Server 2003/2008/2012, Office 365, Basic Cisco Networking, SQL Server

Outstanding new role with a high profile client, using up to date cloud systems and benefitting from on-going in house training and development, sponsorship through certifications and an all-encompassing wellness package.

You will be a strong 2nd Line Support Analyst, currently developing your skills in Windows XP/7/8.1, Server 2003/2008/2012, MS Office packages, Office 365, Basic Cisco Networking and SQL Server.

You will be joining a software and cloud-focussed business that places innovation, new technology and staff development at the heart of everything they do. You’ll also be able to get involved in some Server/ cloud administration projects as they support your development from 2nd Line Support Analyst to Infrastructure Analyst.

You’ll need skills in Windows XP/7/8.1, Server 2003/2008/2012, MS Office (Office 365) packages, Basic Cisco Networking and SQL Server along with a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to work hard to learn new tech skills.
