Job Description
Our leading Sustainability client are looking for a DevOps Manager to help lead and mentor a team of experienced Engineers. It is as important that you have good emotional intelligence and the ability to foster a strong trust culture with your team, as it is to have the technical skills and abilities to lead them.
This company is going through an exciting technical transformation, with a big focus on cloud migration and microservice architectures. This role being an integral part of this new phase.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical and people leadership skills.
- High levels of emotional intelligence.
- Experience in deploying and running applications in Kubernetes or AWS ECS.
- Solid AWS cloud experience.
- Background in the .net stack.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Good scripting skills - BASH, Python, Ruby, PowerShell.
- Skilled with IaC and Configuration Management tools
