Recruitment Consultant

GSA Techsource is an established specialist technology and non-clinical recruiter, supplying mid to senior-level contractors and permanent candidates to organisations across the public and private sectors. Our Healthcare team works with over 60 NHS and public sector clients, engaging through established government frameworks.

The Role

We are looking for a driven individual to join our team, with a focus on IT and business intelligence candidates across the NHS and private sector. This role offers the opportunity to build on established client relationships while developing GSA’s presence within your market.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell contractors to health sector organisations using existing commercial relationships
• Place IT professionals in permanent positions across the private sector
• Develop and expand GSA’s footprint within the healthcare market
• Map and target new customers in collaboration with the team
• Research, track, and engage decision-makers across target organisations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Use a variety of sales tools and techniques to promote GSA’s services
• Source and build long-term relationships with contractors and candidates

About You

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Highly organised and able to prioritise independently
• Goal-oriented, driven, persistent, and patient
• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous however, other business to business sales experience is of interest.
• Experience working in a commercial environment (ideally sales-related)
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client needs
