Head of Art and Animation

Our client is looking for a Head of Art and Animation, to join their team, who uses the latest technologies to produce high quality products to clients worldwide.

Responsible for overseeing the Art Direction and Production of the art for games developed by the studio. The ideal candidate will have a focus on fostering creativity, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting game delivery targets including cost and time.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspired the team of Artists and Animators to create great games.
• Provide experience/leadership on art style, storytelling and over visual experience.
• Provide technical support and enforcement to the artists so that they are following the art work flow process.
• Work closely with the Head of Studio and Games Designers to produce great games.
• Ability to meet agreed timetables and game art budgets.
• Keep up to date with industry and trends.

Skills required:

• 3+ years experience leading a team of Artists or 3+ years working as a Senior Artist in the iGaming industry and looking to take the next career step.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
