Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager ready to take full ownership of exciting live event projects in 2026?

We’re working with a leading, production-led live events company delivering high-impact events across the UK, who are looking for a confident and commercially aware Technical Project Manager to join their growing projects team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing the full event lifecycle, from initial brief and creative concept through to on-site delivery, ensuring every technical, logistical and creative detail is executed to the highest standard.


Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full event project lifecycle from enquiry to post-event review
- Take detailed client briefs and advise on clear, practical technical solutions
- Develop creative ideas and prepare CAD plans
- Specify equipment, produce quotations and manage project budgets
- Chair client meetings and attend site visits
- Book and manage crew & resources, producing clear communication documentation
- Liaise with venues, performers and third-party suppliers
- Prepare and manage Health & Safety documentation
- Support business development and promote company services
- Deliver projects on-site across the UK (with occasional international travel)


What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience within the professional live events industry
- Strong technical production knowledge
- Experience producing CAD plans and technical specifications
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident, polished and client-facing
- Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset
- Hands-on rigging / de-rigging experience advantageous but not essential.
The Details: 📍 Location: Manchester – Nationwide travel required
