One of our leading iGaming clients is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple game development projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at both a strategic and operational level, ensuring projects run smoothly, teams stay aligned, and games are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver engaging, high-performing gaming titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent game development projects
• Define and improve studio-wide delivery frameworks and governance
• Create game delivery plans and capacity forecasts
• Track project progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring issues are escalated early
• Oversee, mentor and support Project Managers and Product Owners, ensuring teams stay aligned to the studio roadmap
• Ensure timely delivery of game packages to release teams
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and timelines

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in project management within complex delivery environments
• Proven success delivering multiple concurrent projects with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong organisation, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Solid understanding of project management and product ownership methodologies
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Monday.com

💻 Experience: Senior-level project delivery experience, ideally within gaming/ digital product development
💰 Salary: £50k-£55k (dependent on experience)
