Byte Night is here again!

Bn

I can't believe it is a year since the last ByteNight, but yet again, GSA is sleeping on the street to support Action for Children!

An impressive number of intrepid GSA employees are braving the October cold (it could be colder?!) by taking part in Byte Night, the annual sleep-out aiming to raise money for Action for Children.  Each year thousands of individuals and teams from the technology and business sectors give up their beds for one night to help change young people's lives, and to raise funds and awareness of youth homelessness, and to tackle the root cause. It all began 17 years ago when 30 individuals from the IT industry slept out and raised £35,000. Since then Byte Night has grown to over 1400 sleepers and we are now the biggest charity sleep-out in the UK, raising over £1 million in 2013 and even more last year. You'll find us sleeping (or just talking, drinking, collecting money from Friday night revellers) on the pavement in Birmingham city centre.

We would like to raise at least £4,000 – please help us by donating. Please contact jayne.morris@gsatechsource.com to find out how. We are at £2,580 so far, not bad going before the night has started.
