GSA supporting Action for Children again for 2015

Byte Night - GSA is sleeping on the street, again!, to support Action for Children!
Several brave GSA employees will be braving the cold again this year (after the heatwave we are having for the summer) by taking part in Byte Night, the annual sleep-out aiming to raise money for Action for Children. Each year thousands of individuals and teams from the technology and business sectors give up their beds for one night to help change young people's lives, and to raise funds and awareness of youth homelessness, and to tackle the root cause. It all began 16 years ago when 30 individuals from the IT industry slept out and raised £35,000. It now raises well over a million pounds a year.
Our very own Jayne Morris is on the ByteNight board and is heavily involved in getting new companies and senior IT managers and directors involved. It's a great way for leaders in IT to get together for a common cause.
