GSA implements Self Bill invoicing
GSA is continually looking for ways to deliver the best service possible for our clients and contractors. Last October we replaced our first online timesheet system with a new, integrated invoicing and timesheet system, giving all users a fast and accurate way to input and authorise timesheets, streamline the invoicing process and give visibility at all stages of the payment cycle.
We are now close to finishing our roll out of self bill invoiving across our entire supplier base, meaning that the task of raising invoices accurately and timely is taken away from our contractors. Invoices are raised on behalf of the contractor based on approved timesheets and expenses, removing errors that often occur, and they simply wait to get paid!
