Technical Support - 1st line, Graduate, IT

Technical Support analyst position avaible within a Techncial Company based in Stafford. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent IT/Computer Graduate or someone within a current helpdesk role looking for a new challenge. 

The Support role will consist of answering and logging support calls, analysing and resolving issues via phone, email and remote log ins. The company offer internal training on their products for the successful support analyst as well as offering the opportunity to complete industry courses such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP. 

Helpdesk analysts with knowedge of Windows Server, Linux Server or knoweldge of networking would be benefical but not essential.
