Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager you will probably need to have come from a technical route in order to liaise at the levels you are required to in this role. They are a multi vendor environment and your experience will ideally have come through the cisco networking environment and ideally help a CCNA/CCNP at some point.
You will be based on Client site within a team providing direct technical services to this global company. The role is responsible for the initiation, planning, running and closing of multiple concurrent projects which could range from 2-3 days to 18 months.
Your technical understanding should include a combination of some of the following:
- TCP & IP protocols
- IP networking / subnetting
- knowledge of OSPF & BGP
- knowledge of multicast
- routing & switching
Prince &/or ITIL accreditation/experience.
