Technical Lead - Remote

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Technical Lead, you will be required to look at issues within the stores, and capture them for the TCS operations team to enable them to do deeper diagnostics and resolution.

Requirements:
  • Evaluate reports.troubleshoot
  • Coordinate with wide 'Get well' programme to link with wider end to end service resources for those situations when we think network is not seen as the fault
  • Create a Dashboard with documentation
  • Analytics
  • Evaluate Mobile Eye/Nextthink
  • Analyse the monitoring data already captured
  • Dashboard for bandwidth on stores created from Solarwinds or Cactii data
This a remote based position and inside IR35.
