Job Description

GSA Techsource are currently working with a global IT service provider to recruit a Technical Delivery / Implementation Manager to be based in Leeds on a 3 month contract.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a DNS expert who has the ability to configuration/action installations.

Requirements:

Be able to assure quality standards for a delivered solution or installation
Able to support clients remotely within SLAs to install configure software & hardware
Root cause analysis
Resolve incidents
Be involved in complex environments for installations, configuration & fault management

There are a multiple positions for this role ranging from Junior to Senior
