Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a client focussed Technical Support Engineer with some client side Lync experience to join an expanding team within a global IT services and consultancy organisation.

 

You will be providing 24/7 service to global clients to ensure their infrastructure and systems remain operational through both reactive and proactive identification. You will be working in a medium to large enterprise Lync environments.

 

You will need to be able to demonstrate strong experience with UC / Voice skills in either Lync, Avaya or Cisco - with an understanding that your skills will focus around client side Lync and the associated technologies. With their own technical university training is readily available and encouraged.

 

This is a very varied role and will offer a great career path for both that wish to remain at this level and those that also wish to progress in to a client centric Lync delivery Consultant.

 

This role is based 35 minute direct commute from Waterloo on the Surrey / Hampshire border.
