Job Description

Service Engineer required for 12 weeks for a large organisation to provide third line support to internal and external customers via telephone, email and remote sessions.

The role:

•Logging all incidents into the Service Desk Service Management Systems
•Supporting the Service Desk Technicians
•Supporting the Service Desk Manager
Person specification:

•Ability to use internal systems
•Knowledge of ACD Telephone system
•Active Directory
•In depth understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems
•Basic Cisco awareness
