Job Description

Service Desk Technician/1st Line Support required for a large organisation to provide 1st Line Support to the Trust and other supported users.  We’re looking for a highly experiences 1st Line Support Technician who preferably has previous NHS experience.

The role:

  • Supporting the Trust and other supported users  in any IT issues
  • Providing first time fix solutions to IT problems
  • Responsible for re-allocating support calls to other resolver groups when unable to provide a first time fix
  • Providing remote and telephone based support to users
  • First and Second-line technical support for hardware and software

Person specification:
  • NHS experience
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to support people via telephone and remotely
  • Windows skills
