Job Description

1st Line Service Desk Analyst - West Midlands - 3 -6 months

I am currently recruiting for 2 1st line service desk analyst for my client based in Coventry. This is for a 3-6 month period.

In this role the successful candidates will be
- Providing support, advice and assistance across a large organisation via remote access and email assistance
- Setting up user accounts as well as updating and maintaining the user database system.
- Taking action to all 1st line incidents within the agreed SLAs provided by the organisation.

We are looking for candidates with
- Previous experience within an IT Support Role
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
