Job Description

2 x Service Desk Analyst - NHS Mail (Contract)

Duration: 2 weeks initially (Monday 24th Start with potential extension to 4 weeks)

2 x Service Desk Analyst / NHS Mail required supporting an e-mail migration project initially for 2 weeks with a possible extension for a further 2 weeks. Go Live is Monday and you’ll be responsible for fielding calls from users, dealing with any problems quickly and effectively.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of:
  • NHS Mail as a Local Administrator
  • GroupWise
  • Service Desk experience in the NHS
