Job Description

GSA Techsource are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst who will be working for a financial client of a Global IT Provider.

Experience and Skills Required:
  • Experience within a Service Desk/2nd Line Support function providing administrative support for the IT infrastructure, network and desktop environments.
  • Experience with Windows (Windows 10), Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite, Avaya.
  • Experience with patching, AD and WDS.
  • Experience with deployment of applications.
  • Experience within Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in Asset Management.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills and the ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
This is a hybrid role - 3 days onsite in Cardiff and 2 days remote working.

This role falls inside IR35.
