Service Desk Analyst - Ipswich - £120 - £125 per day - 6 month contract

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for my client based in Ipswich for a 6 month contract role. 

We are looking for candidates with as strong Service Desk Analyst background working on a structured ITIL Service Desk, and a knowledge of working with 
  • Active Directory
  • Windows operating systems (XP & 7)
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Citrix 
  • iPhones & Tablets software
  • Experience working in an ITIL Environment/ITIL Certified
