Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst working for my NHS client in Oxfordshire.
This is a 3 month contract role with an opportunity to go permanent. The successful candidate will be working on a busy service desk supporting about 4500 users over 180 sites, dealing with desktop, mobile and tablet devices through remote access in an ITIL environment and in accordance to their SLAs.

We are looking for candidates with previous
- Customer Service Experience
- Good IT Skills
- Knowledge and experience of using Windows and Microsoft products
- As well as someone who is willing to learn.
