Job Description
The replacement toolset has been selected and this role is required to work with stakeholders across diverse areas and its suppliers to define, track and drive activities necessary to ensure successful introduction of the new toolset into the live environment.
Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions; Managing change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services; Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery; Facilitating project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment; Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.
Experience:
Significant experience in a Service Introduction/Service Transition role on transformation projects including service cut-over
Understanding of Service Operation principles
Understanding of ITIL Process
Service Reporting Experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
Analytical skills, ability to see the bigger picture, forward thinking
Experience of interacting with Client stakeholders at all levels
