Job Description

As the prime relationship manager you will have direct access and responsibility for all general service deliveries, including direct customer interface.
With a proven track record of managing continuous improvement you will be liaising with both customers and internal departments to deliver end-2-end projects optimizing customer profitability based on a cost to serve model.
Acting as a 2nd level escalation service level manager you will be the prime resolution point on issues of delivery performance. You will manage the relationship with customer CPO's, buyers,and senior management.

Ideally you will be from a professional background with extensive experience in process improvement, six sigma/prince2 project management and or service level management.
Commercial with solid customer focus, experienced in direct customer interaction and negotiations with an excellent understanding of company business models, policy models, policies and governance.
