- To provide 3rd line systems support to our clients through the resolution of incidents and proactive monitoring of the infrastructure
- Ensure maximum availability of the IT systems
- Actively manage, monitor and analyse technical infrastructure
- Apply expertise to a range of complex technical infrastructure situations and problems
- Plan, install, support and maintain multiple complex technologies
- Participation in the out of hours IT support staff on-call rota as required
- The role will involve an element of travel to our client bases
- Significant proven technical experience of working within a complex server environment
- Experience of complex infrastructure support
- Significant proven knowledge of server hardware and software
- Highly adept understanding of Microsoft products such as Server 2012 and 2016.
