Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reporting Analyst / Data Analyst to join a global IT Services Provider and Consultancy whom are a globally recognised leader in their industry and have significant growth plans.
In this Reporting Analyst / Data Analyst you will be working with technical teams to produce and present complex reporting output for their major clients.

You will be working closely with Client management teams to ensure that the reporting is produced to strict quality, timeframe and content agreements.

  • accuracy
  • report enhancement
  • tenacity
  • SLA analysis
  • strong communication skills
  • Advanced excel skills
  • VBA scripts and/or ITIL an advantage
