This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader / Senior / Lead Engineer (with UC Lync or Skype for Business skills) to join a large global company that are expanding and looking for a proactive Team Leader or Senior Engineer with lead experience. You will be managing the day to day operations of a specialist technical team.
You will have strong experience managing or leading in a 24x7 technical support team (normal working hours for this role) supporting global clients.
Your experience should include:
- Working within SLAs
- Managing or leading in a support environment
- Technical understanding of MS Lync or SfB (Skype for Business)
- Working in an ITIL environment
- Managing incidents
