Job Description

2nd/3rd line Senior Back Office Support Technician / Technical Support Analyst (Office 365, Azure, SharePoint) with Office 365 required by government client in Central London for 6 month contract with extensions.

This role would be ideal for a Technical Support Analyst looking for a role that encompasses
2nd/3rd Line Support, Help Desk, Systems Engineering and Azure/Office 365 support.

Working within a 100% Azure/Office 365 Cloud environment, the role of the Technical Support Analyst is to provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support to the organisation’s user base and Technical Architect.

Contract Length: 6 months rolling
