Candidates must have recent solid experience of Office365 and CV's must demonstrate achievements
around Office 365.
Working within a 100% Azure/Office 365 cloud environment, the role of the Technical Support Analyst is to provide support to the organisation’s user base.
To manage and co-ordinate the activities within the team, promoting best practice and ensuring service targets are achieved. Managing the delivery of ICT services to internal customers by supporting the Infrastructure; servers, systems & services in a third line role. To oversee the resolution of customer’s problems and implementation of customer’s requests.
This role would best suit an individual who has a proven track record in delivery in a similar role:
Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office365.
The post-holder is required to have specialist knowledge of the Microsoft Office365 environment to be able to perform the role
Knowledge and experience of supporting various operating systems (specifically Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and iOS).
The Maximum Pay Rate: £250 Per Day Umbrella - Inside IR35
Contract Length: 3 months (with possible extension)
Clearance Level Required: SC
