Job Description
The key focus of the role is to deliver organisational and behavioural change
within our local services.
You will pro-actively engage with staff to support the redesign of current systems, processes and implement key changes in working practices in order to maximise the benefits of assisted technologies.
The types of projects that you may expect to be involved in are as
follows:
1. Delivery of key Clinical Transformation projects immediate focus on
Docman (PCTi)
2. Other projects as required for example speech recognition/digital
dictation and Choose and Book
