This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer to join a successful european service delivery / onboarding team working for a global IT Services Provider and Consultancy whom are a globally recognised leader in their industry and have significant growth plans.

As a Network Service Delivery Engineer / Analyst you will be responsible for the onboarding and transition of client services across Europe. They are a multi vendor environment and offer real and great opportunities with an in-house university and opportunities to carve a career. Facilitating the onboarding of enterprise network services and supporting services to prestigious global companies.

We are looking for a technically experienced Delivery Engineer with excellent communication skills who enjoys playing an integral part in delivering client led solutions. You will be the delivery point of entry for all activation related topics, taking responsibility for coordinating activities and facilitating the resolution of issues.

Your experience needs to include:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • General understanding of IT Infrastructure (networking, data centre facilities, servers, storage, databases, middleware, business applications), operational procedures and processes, as well as ITSM processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure Operations (networks, security, server, storage and database), monitoring and management environments, service desk support, end user computing and field support operations.
