Job Description
This role will be responsible for the global converged voice and data network infrastructure.
Ensuring that all existing equipment is fully maintained, patched and upgraded as required.
Providing fast and effective problem resolution on all voice and data services.
Mentoring other members of the Infrastructure team, including helpdesk technicians.
Must have:
Previous IT Networking / infrastructure experience
Large campus and multisite experience
The role will be working across multiple projects using the latest Palo Alto and Juniper technologies.
