Job Description

GSA Techsource are currently working with a Global IT Service Provider to recruit a Microsoft Consultant. They are looking for a Microsoft Specialist with a strong security foundation.

This role will be predominantly remote with travel to site needed from time to time.

Job description:
  • 2nd and 3rd level support of real time and live events (Teams and 1st level support on Blue Jeans)
  • 2nd and 3rd level support of Access Management (permissions and Intune/Azure/CyberArk/SSO/EV/AD/Compliance Centre (O365) etc.)
  • 2nd and 3rd level support of O365 /Exchange on line/Intune/ Azure/
  • 1st and 2nd level support skills on Networking, Compute, VMWare, Storage and Backup to allow for cross function support.
  • 1st and 2nd level support on Azure, AWS, Salesforce
Services: The deployment assistance will cover implementation of the following Microsoft Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) services:
  • Azure Active Directory Premium (AADP) components, including Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC), Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Access Management (permissions and Intune/Azure/CyberArk/SSO/EV/AD/Compliance Centre (O365) etc.)
  • Exchange Online (EXO)
  • SharePoint Online (SPO)
  • Office 365 Pro Plus
  • OneDrive for Business (OD4B)
  • Intune; including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
  • 1st and 2nd level support skills on Networking, Compute, VMWare, Storage and Backup to allow for cross function support.
  • 1st and 2nd level support on Azure, AWS, Salesforce
  • Provide on a time-based engagement with deliverables as directed by SBG management.
Deliverables:
  • Assist in the activities required to support the Microsoft Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions for the clients International sites (Brazil, New York, London, Dubai and Beijing). 
  • Tasks to be undertaken include the following: 
    • Ongoing monitoring of the Microsoft 365 services for the clients International sites and users.
    • Respond to incidents and service requests relating to the infrastructure in the International sites.
    • Troubleshooting, remediation, maintenance, support and service enablement of Microsoft 365 services for international sites.
    • Implementation of new services for international sites.
    • Provide ongoing support to international users as it relates to permissions and access control for the different systems.
    • Reasonable assistance and support to the general infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Backup and Network) of SALL in the International sites.
    • Reasonable assistance with support of the Microsoft 365 services for the clients other regions.
 

This role is inside IR35.
